That’s why we’ve created a place where we don’t have to compromise: our own brewery. This is where NOAM isn’t just produced – this is where it’s perfected.


Engineering Perfection.

Our brewery is one of the most modern facilities of its size. We use technology not to speed up the process, but to control it with greater precision than has ever been possible before. From fully automated process control to camera-guided labelling, every detail is designed to ensure the absolute consistency of our flavour. Each label is positioned on the individual bottle with millimetre precision using high-tech camera alignment. We guarantee seamless monitoring of every brew, from raw material intake to bottling.


Unfiltered & natural.

Quality-Led, Not Logistics-Driven.

Whilst the industry views time as a cost factor, we regard it as an ingredient. In our cellars, NOAM is allowed to rest until it reaches its peak. We do not filter or pasteurise, in order to preserve its natural goodness. Our master brewers only release a batch once it has achieved sensory perfection. Traditional, gentle processes such as cold primary fermentation ensure a finer aroma and a timeless maturity, determined not by rigid schedules but by quality.


The Emerald Standard.

NOAM Lager is crafted using only the finest quality ingredients, which we personally select and process in our brewery under ideal conditions. Our rare Smaragd hops from the Hallertau region are stored at a constant temperature of 2 degrees Celsius right up until the moment of brewing. Combined with regional barley malt from the South Bavarian Danube region and water precisely tailored to our mineral profile, the result is a product of uncompromising quality.

Behind this technological excellence are the people. A core team of ten experts oversees every step that we would never entrust to a machine.
