Our hops come exclusively from the Hallertau, the world’s largest hop-growing region just north of Munich. We work with two selected aroma varieties: Hallertauer Tradition, known for its classic, refined hop profile, and Hallertauer Smaragd, prized for its fresh, citrus-driven notes.
Together, they create the subtle elegance and effortless drinkability that define NOAM.
