NOAM is a lager beer, brewed to the highest Bavarian purity standards. It is neither filtered, stabilised nor thermally treated. It contains nothing but barley, hop, water and yeast. With it's 5.2 percent of alcohol it is aged for 6 weeks to achieve its superior taste.
NOAM brings the values of traditional Bavarian craftsmanship into the 21st century. A beer for contemporary consumers with a conniseurial claim.
NOAM is a natural product that is not filtered. What you see on the bottom of the bottle is pieces of yeast, which is a byproduct in the brewery process. It contains over 300 proteins and enzymes, which enhances the digestion of the beer. Shaking the bottle is not required.

NOAM is a small batch beer that is made (almost) to order. The liquid is produced a small amount at a time to keep the quality, not quantity, as high as possible. NOAMS's price mirrors the hours and craftsmanship required to create a NOAM bottle.
NOAM is best enjoyed at a maximum temperature of 5 degrees.
NOAM should be stored at a cool and dark place at all times.
NOAM can be purchased online at noam.beer or in selected restaurants and bars around the world.
If you are located in Germany you can contact us and we will provide you with a return label. With this return label you can return the empty bottles. If you are located outside of Germany the environmental impact of returning the bottles is bigger than recycling the bottles in a glass container.
From production to the moment of consumption the NOAM bottle is not exposed to UV light. To keep the quality of NOAM, we therefore suggest to store the bottles in a dark and cool environment.
