Express delivery is unfortunately not available for standard orders. For bulk orders of around 240 bottles or more, express delivery is available on request for an additional charge. Please get in touch: sales@noam.beer
Are there options to package NOAM Premium Lager Beer as a gift or add personalized messages?
Gift wrapping is unfortunately not currently available. As a stylish alternative, you can enter the recipient's address directly as the delivery address – or give them a NOAM gift card, which can be redeemed in the shop at any time.
Do you have a return policy in case a customer is not satisfied with the beer?
If you're not satisfied with your order, simply reach out to shop@noam.beer – we'll find a solution together, whether that's a replacement or a refund. As NOAM is unfiltered and a natural product, slight variations in cloudiness or appearance may occur – these do not affect quality or taste.

Beer
Is the beer vegan?
Yes! NOAM contains only water, hops, malt and yeast – no animal-derived ingredients. The beer is vegan by its ingredients, though it does not carry an official vegan certification.
Is the beer kosher?
Yes, NOAM is kosher-certified. The certification was granted by a recognised rabbi.
How should the beer be stored?
Store NOAM cool (4–10 °C) and away from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Slight changes in cloudiness are completely normal for an unfiltered beer and do not affect quality or taste. You'll find the best before date on the bottom of the bottle.
Isn't a transparent bottle harmful to the beer?
UV light can cause an unwanted 'light-struck' or 'skunky' flavour in beer. Our specially designed cartons protect NOAM from light exposure throughout the entire supply chain. At home, simply store the beer cool and away from direct light – and the clear bottle is no issue at all.
Why is my beer cloudy and has sediment at the bottom?
Yeast Sediment & Natural Cloudiness – completely normal for an unfiltered lager.
Our lager is unfiltered and naturally brewed, meaning the yeast used during fermentation is intentionally retained in the beer. Over time, this yeast may settle at the bottom of the bottle, forming a fine, natural sediment. This is not a defect – it is a sign of quality and natural brewing.
The yeast plays an important role in the beer's flavour profile, aroma, and freshness. You can leave the sediment in the bottle when pouring (clear beer) or gently swirl it and include it in the glass (fuller aroma) – entirely a matter of preference.
In short: The sediment is a sign of quality – not spoilage.
What do I do with the empty bottles?
We are happy to take back our bottles, as sustainability is very important to us. Please pack the bottles securely in the NOAM box and contact us at shop@noam.beer.
We will then provide you with a free return label.
Where does the name NOAM come from?
NOAM has two meanings: In Hebrew it stands for 'beauty and kindness' – values our beer embodies. At the same time, the name connects our founder Noah (NOA) with Munich (M), his hometown and the birthplace of the beer.
What is the optimal drinking temperature?
Best enjoyed at 4–6 °C – at this temperature, NOAM's freshness, aroma and delicate hop character come fully into their own. Cheers!
Where do the ingredients for NOAM Premium Lager come from and are they sustainably sourced?
Our hops come exclusively from Hallertau in Bavaria – the world’s largest hop-growing region. We use the Hallertauer Smaragd variety. The malt and water also come from within the region.
Sustainability is important to us: we work with regional suppliers, use recyclable glass bottles and are constantly optimising our supply chain.
