NOAM was founded with the intention of disrupting the beer market and creating a new image. Our aim is to take beer beyond the boundaries of expectations.

Why? Because we are dedicated towards growing a community of creatives who challenge established norms and elevate the status quo. By providing products, experiences and platforms to flourish, our goal can be reached.

In 2016, NOAM was founded as a start-up within the Technical University of Munich. The Accelerator Programme allowed NOAM to develop cutting-edge product quality in the research facility in Weihenstephan.

NOAM is the result of both historical and high-tech brewing expertise, for which Munich is known worldwide.
Our company is family-run and strongly influenced by the international and creative spirit of
our founder, who aimed to build a global brand.
